Black Belt Grading Admin
Once you have your Black Belt Grading Packs completed and ready, please click on the appropriate link below for your Area Co-ordinator and complete an online application for each student attending the Black Belt Grading.
With immediate effect you now only need to print off 5 application forms per student not 6 as this online application replaces the need for a 6th copy of the Black Belt grading form for each of your students and will be used to print your student’s certificate and letter.
Your Area Co-ordinator will automatically receive a copy of this form once you have submitted it.
It is vitally important that you complete this online application correctly as this data will be directly used for all certificates and letters,. The details you type on this form will be exactly what will be printed on your student’s letter and certificate.
If you notice an error after you have submitted the form or your students moves address or your student withdraws from the grading you MUST advise us by email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can amend the data before the grading takes place.
Errors corrected after the deadline may be charged for, so please check each online application fully before submitting.
